Joey is everything you could ever want in a car buying experience: extremely transparent, trustworthy and caring. He listened, and was not "sales-y" at all. From beginning to end he was a man of his word, and made me feel comfortable in the whole transaction. He is confident with his vehicle purchases, so much so that when I asked about extended warranty's (even though he gets commission for warranty sales) he tried to advise against it. I cannot recommend Joey enough---thank you!!

Where do I start? I have read the reviews beforehand. its the first time I have had an honest person sold me a car. He is humble, relax and very patient. Never thought in my wildest dreams i would of gotten such a great vechile because of my present credit situation. There's a sayin, when God can't come, he sends his angels. He loves what he does,his energy is pure. I would recommend anyone who's in need of a safe and reliable vehicle to visit NEAX. Words can't express the way I am feeling. Bad credit should never affect a person from getting a car as long as there job history is persistent. Will definitely recommend my friends, family, Co-workers. Joey is absolutely amazing!!!!! I was very doubtful that he would be able to get me a car loan due to being told number of times no one could help me. But Joey came through for me and I couldn’t be more happier! Let alone the process of buying a car was stress free and so quick! I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a car place and came out so fast, in & out! He had the car ready to go with plates on it. I recommend EVERYONE to go see him! Joey goes the extra mile. Not very hopeful I applied for credit to get my family into a bigger vehicle. Given previous experience I was skeptical however I ended up with a solid, rust free, Chevrolet Tahoe. He was calm, answered any questions I had and was extremely flexible. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t give off typical “sketchy dealership sales man vibes” I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Buying a car can be a stressful experience, especially if you don't have the greatest credit. Joey, the owner, however made the process very simple. When he says on his website that he works with all credit types, he means it. He was able to get me a 2006 CR-V that I had fallen in love with during the test drive, for a good overall price & monthly payments. I was in and out of there in not even an hour (not counting the test drive). I'd recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a used car. Thank you again for all of your help, Joey!

What a wonder experience I had at NE AUTO XCHANGE. I arrived there at 10AM was surprise at the reception I received. My expierence in the pass was hard sell walking in the door. Joey, the owner take time to get familar with my husband and I even before we told him what I was looking for. Definitely not a hard sell company. I will be sharing with my family and friends my most pleasant experience. Oh yes by the way I bought my dream Jeep. Thank you Joey

Joey, the owner operator, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I noticed a vehicle posted on car gurus and left a message to Joey asking a few questions about the car and requested a few pictures. Joey got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. During the test drive Joey was not pushy at all and continued to listen to my wants and needs. He addressed some concerns I had with the car by putting on brand new tires, replacing the breaks, and completing a transmission flush, as well as an oil change and complete detail. We struck a deal that we both found fair. The car was ready in a few days looking beautiful inside and out. Next time I'm in the market for a new set of wheels I'll be calling Joey at Northeast Auto Exchange.
